As women we absolutely love all things pretty and sparkely, only we didn't like the price. We decided that we could find a way to do it cheaper, which we have done. Our goal is to provide quality customer service. As most items ordered from us will be hand made custom work we will not process refunds. However, each item shipped will include a packet of extra crystals and instructions for reapplying crystals that may be damaged over time. If you receive your order and are not 100% satisfied we will work with you to make it right. We want you to happy with your product!
